GROUPON POLICY

We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.


SPA ETIQUETTE 


We aim to have you experience the full benefits of the Spa service, we request that you arrive early. Arriving late will take the time away from precious minutes of your Spa treatment. Should you come late, your service will end on time. This ensures that the next customer isn’t delayed, regardless of how late your service started. If you arrived late, you would be responsible for the full price of the scheduled service.  


If it is your first time at the spa, we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment.  This time is needed to fill out the necessary forms and to get ready for your scheduled treatment. Your scheduled service time includes your consultation and time for changing the clothes (if needed).  This is the common practice in the industry.  You will notice that spas that do 60-minute hands-on service charge much more than we do.  If you prefer a more hands-on treatment, we suggest you book the 90-minute session.



During the busy time of holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, and Valentine's Day), we require a 48-hour notice for cancelations.

EYELASHES EXTENSION 


Please arrive without makeup or eyelashes extension done by another artist. An additional $25+  will be charged for the makeup or eyelashes removal done by another artist. This is done to ensure the consistency of the service and also since we might be using different products.


MAKE UP REMOVAL POLISY

 

If you arrive to Eyelash Extension or Refill Eyelash Extension appointment with makeup an additional $25+ will be charged for the makeup remover and there is no guarantee to get a good results. Lashes have to be dry, not oily. I cannot be spending the time to remove your makeup. Your scheduled time is for eyelashes extension only, not for removing the makeup.  Removing your makeup and letting the lashes dry may take up to 30 min my time.

 EYELASH REMOVAL POLICY $25+


Our procedure for our own lashes is usually only 30 minutes, and we are extremely careful. We dissolve the adhesive of the fake lashes, and remove them as soon as it’s finished without damaging or removing your natural lashes. We cannot guarantee the price for this service, as some applications from other salons can take longer to remove than ours.

Permanent makeup or Microblading TOUCH UP POLICY 


It is the CLIENT’S responsibility to schedule their touch-up session(s) ahead. 

NO EXCEPTIONS

Past 4-8 weeks, a nominal fee may be charged. 


We reserve the right to refuse service.


VOUCHER REDEMPTION


The Groupon service can be redeemed only toward the Groupon service bought. No changes or exceptions are allowed for any reason. 



CANCELLATION POLICY & FEE

Our policy requires a  24 HOUR notice for changing or canceling your appointment.

 With the 24-hour cancellation notice, Groupon appointments can be canceled, but only once. If your Groupon service is canceled, by you, less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will lose the value of the purchased voucher and the Groupon will be redeemed. You then will be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value & the selected spa service value should you decide to reschedule. 

 If you cancel within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you are allowed a one time reschedule for the given service. Please read the Reschedule Policy.  Multiple cancellations will result in no longer being able to prebook without a 100% deposit for services being booked. 


RESCHEDULE POLICY


Your Groupon appointment is only allowed to be rescheduled one time, as long as it is 24 hours in advance of the verified appointment. If you happen to reschedule the Groupon service more than one time and would still like to receive the service bought; you will lose the promotional value and be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value and the selected spa service value.


GRATUITY


Groupon vouchers do not include the gratuities.


DISCLAIMER


Your Groupon voucher can't be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Purchase of a Groupon to Beauty Spa & Brows Bar constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as any fine print text stated on the Groupon.


Groupon is an excellent form of advertisement for our small business to allow potential new clients to see why our spa has "5-star reviews."  We have strict policies in place and actively enforce these policies for those who purchase Groupons. Groupon appointments are no different than scheduling a full-priced service, but we often receive no shows and late cancellations because it is a discounted service.  We respect your time and advise that you respect our time. If you do not agree to the policies listed below; we suggest not to purchase a Groupon to our spa.


GROUPON VOUCHER


One Groupon allowance - The Groupon voucher is an introductory offer for new clients scheduling service at the spa. If you have been to the spa before for service with our staff, this means you can not redeem an additional Groupon voucher. 

The Spa environment is one of rejuvenation and relaxation, so we ask that you respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. The use of a CELL PHONE is not allowed in the spa.


Cell Phones Policy 


Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone.


MINORS POLICY 


A parent or guardian must sign the proper consent form upon check in for all services performed on their Minor.


PERSON MAX PER ROOM


For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service rooms other than (1) the “Beauty Spa & Brows Bar” technician and (2) the person receiving the service.

*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who can supervise them in the lobby while you receive your service. Children are not allowed in the service room. We will not supervise your children and cannot be held responsible for any children—if you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 and there is no one to supervise them, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service according to our late cancellation policy.

Exception: clients with a disability.

*We reserve the right to refuse service.


Clients who have purchased our services from third parties (Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.) need to check the third party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms or conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, “ Beauty Spa & Brows Bar” cannot refund purchases made via a third party. However, notwithstanding the voucher terms of any third party, patients who are unsatisfied with the purchase, may redeem the remaining unused portion of the voucher for another service currently offered at  “ Beauty Spa & Brows Bar” . Services that have already been rendered will not be redeemed again.

SPA SERVICES POLICY


SECURING AN APPOINTMENT


Each permanent makeup treatment ( Microblading, Eyeliner, Lips Permanent)  requires a non refundable booking fee $50. 

Your booking isn't confirmed until it has been paid.

The booking fee will be deducted from the total price of your treatment, and the remaining balance must be paid at your first session. 

Before booking, please make sure you're a suitable candidate for the treatments you want and are serious about having the treatments done. 

Please read  Pre and After Care Instruction. 

Touch Up have to be done no later then  4-6 weeks after fist first session.  

After 6 weeks additional fees will be charged.

It is the CLIENT’S responsibility to schedule the refills. NO EXCEPTIONS

SPA SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

No-Show Policy


We understand that circumstances can arise, and last-minute cancellations are unavoidable. The service provided is by "appointment only," and it is tough to fill those last-minute cancelations. 

It creates a hardship on our day and the business overall.

Because of our cancellation policy, appointments canceled without the required 24 hour notice, or no-shows can not be tolerated.


Punctuality and Cancellations


Services are by "appointment only" so please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.  If you are arriving late, please call/text us at 813-213-4095 to let us know. We will work together to accommodate you, however, your service will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full service price.  All services require a 24 hour at least notice to reschedule or cancel.


TARDINESS POLICY


We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

Services & Prices


Services and prices vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are being met.


Series of  Treatments


We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.


PAYMENT INFORMATION


“Beauty  Spa  &  Brows Bar”  accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash payments. We require credit or debit card information (number and expiration date) to hold all spa reservations, even if a you intend to pay with a gift certificate or coupon. 


Payment and Gratuities:   

Gratuities are accepted and appreciated.


 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We offer Gift Certificates at the spa & online. They are redeemable for the purchased service. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable. Certificates can not be redeemed for cash.  All Gift Certificates arenon-refundable. 

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

GRATUITY POLICY

We believe that a gratuity is a gesture of appreciation for excellent service and is entirely the choice of our guest.  If you do wish to offer a gratuity as a thank you for the quality service, we suggest an average between 15% – 25% of the non-discounted treatment price. Tips may be given in cash, check, or by credit card.


DISCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

Your discount can only be applied to a single scheduled service. Discounts can not be applied to the purchase of a gift certificate or be combined with any other rebate, sale, or promotion. 


RETURN/REFUND POLICY


Gift Certificates are non-refundable; also, prepaid services, will not be refunded.

You must be at least 18 years or older to buy a gift certificate. Those, however, can be used by a person other than the person they were originally purchased for.


REFUND POLICY:


All service sales and gift card sales are final.

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds will be issued in Spa credit only.  Spa credit must be used the same day as the return.

At “Beauty Spa & Brows Bar” discretion, some non-receipted returns accompanied by a photo ID may qualify to receive a gift card for the lowest selling price. All returns are subject to system verification.


All services are non refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.


PICTURES UNACCEPTABLE,  you must personally attend to show your issues. 

Dissatisfaction in service results must be expressed within 7 days of the service and the client MUST return to the salon for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. If a client is unwilling to return to "Beauty Spa & Brows Bar'  for review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done.  If a satisfactory service resolution cannot be achieved, then the money associated with the service sale will be deposited as a credit into your "Beauty Spa & Brows Bar" Client Account. No refund of money is given.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY


Any guest with medical condition & Pre-Natal clients are recommended to talk to their doctor BEFORE scheduling any services. The treatments are provided for general purposes only & are not intended to be a replacement for professional medical treatment.  


MEDICAL CONDITIONS & ALLERGIES


Please notify us when booking your treatment about any physical ailments, medical conditions, pregnancy, diabetes and allergies. It will let us to personalize your treatments further and to alert us of any contraindications.  Specific conditions may include pregnancy, breast-feeding, high blood pressure, heart conditions, metal implants, or epilepsy.





PRIVACY POLICY


Please read about the information sharing, collection and use. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request (Ex: to ship your order). 


Unless you advise us not to, we may contact you using email provided to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.


Security.


We address privacy in a serious way and use precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both online and offline.  A credit/debit card information is required to be on file for any scheduled spa treatments, regardless of whether you intend to pay using cash, check, gift certificate or voucher.  We follow the Federal regulations of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  Among other things, this means that your card number is encrypted, and once entered into the system, only the last four digits are visible, and are not shared.
